Gather Ye Rosebuds While Ye May

Because they won't be around for much longer! This is a climbing rose growing up the wall at the front of our house and which goes by the splendid name of Zephirine Drouhin. There are still quite a few flowers on it, but I liked the optimism of these buds.

I chose it because it is a pretty shade of pink, has a lovely scent and is thornless. The previous rose there used to tear at my clothes and hair every time I passed, so it got the chop last year!

Another test drive in another car today, but I'm not so enthusiastic about this one. I think the Yaris Hybrid has spoiled me for anything else, but I'll keep looking:)
