New Zealand's Christmas tree...

...the pohutukawa was in full bloom all along the bay at Little Manly this evening  as we went for a walk with Sarah and Murray and Jake and Zach after dinner .
Murray had prepared the most delicious butter chicken using spices and red onions he'd grown in the garden and chicken from  a friend's back yard. Scrumptious and authentic and a fun family evening.
