First Aid Training!

What a day! Arrived in Deeside Collage by 8.45am. Tanya and I were on Fist Aid Training for school. Arrived with a bad head and back so great for day in a room filled with bright lighting and no fresh air.
So much to remember and with the pain by 10.30am i was ready to come home!!
Stayed for the day and made notes but unable to practice CPR and recovery position as the pain made me sick.
Managed to do blood loss and head injuries!!! Although i now think Tanya has a bad head from my bandaging skills .
Home now and off for a soak in the bath before homework.x
