Day 283

Well, I have good news to report - I slept last night. I'm so relieved. I know it might not happen every night, but it's a start!

I've had a completely self indulgent 'me' day today (well, between the hours of 9 and 3.30 anyway), and I loved every second! Watched some trashy TV this morning, then participated in some retail therapy (not all for me, I might add - I got H some jeans and bought a couple of birthday prezzies for his friends) and had lunch out. Alone! It was bliss!

I feel well and truly recharged today. And long may it continue...
