Say cheese

Today the two whole Stichelton cheeses arrived from Neals Yard Dairy!
Half this one is for us, and the other will be halved too,  to make lovely Christmas presents for three special friends.
They can't call this cheese a Stilton because they use raw milk. (I think it could  possibly be because it's so yummy delicious that the Stilton Committee are scared of being outdone.)
