Overnighting.

Not a bad place to spend the night, anchored up in Putiki Bay, Waiheke Island.

It's been a fabulous relaxing day out on the water. Fresh snapper for dinner and now watching the sun go down on a beautiful calm evening. The wind is dropping, oystercatchers calling, and the gentle slap of water against the hull. Wonder if we will hear any kiwi tonight. We often do at Kawau but Waiheke may be too built up.
