**i remember the days of the nurse staying by ur side and chatting with you whilst she massaged the blood bag to keep it moving!

its all changed, no more just turning up..its an appontment system now..

hmmmm...

5.25 appt..
arrived at 5.15..
seen & blood checked at 5.50

eventually blood taken at 6.30..

the appointment bore NO relation to me being seen..
i wont rush to my next appointment in february!!!
