Flower Friday

We went to a shopping centre in another town at lunch time because they were grilling my favourite dish Steckerlfisch (see earlier blip). They were delicious and deliciously seasoned although eating them in the car park lacked a bit of the atmosphere of the lake.
It was a public holiday today but many shops were open because it is so close to Christmas. Normally only a few art shops/galleries are open. The rest of the day I spent packing them painting some watercolours to use for Christmas cards. 3 more sleeps till we fly away to family, friends and warmer weather.
The flowers are part of a Christmas arrangement that our friends brought when they came for lunch a couple weeks ago. thanks to BikerBear for hosting.
