squirrel saturday

A bright but chilly day here in south essex. And a trip to Southend market proved fruitless in our quest to stock up on Giggly Pig Sausages as their stall was nowhere to be found!

The squirrels were out in force though along the seafront and we'd forgotten to bring a small bag of peanuts as we often do, so the squirrel gang seemed happy to take the biscuits I offered them that  we'd just got at a local cafe! Although by the looks of this chap, he looks like he might need to lay off the biscuits for a while!
