Apple Heaven

A trip out to Willie Duncan's apple orchard in Fife for the Friends of Saughton Park community orchard. Willie is a legend in apple growing, and gave us a fantastic morning of advice and stories. He uses grafting to fit over 100 varieties in his small but extremely productive orchard.
