Perry Wood

A choice between orienteering today in the sun in East Kent or tomorrow near Crawley in the rain - we trekked over to Faversham and ran round the delightful Perry Wood which has an equally delightful pub the Rose and Crown where we had lunch. Please to see they serve Harveys even though we were in East Kent . Harveys comes from Lewes in Sussex. 

This is the Finish of the course where in my rush to try and overtake another woman, I tripped over a root and landed on my face. Am now sporting several bruises, a split lip and a cut eyebrow. The very bent glasses have been fixed by the optician.
