Decadence

One of my hobbies is collecting Carlton ware China from the 1930's I love the natural forms used for inspiration...a collection of flowers and fruits.
So I thought one thing I could do this winter is share a few pieces with you.
This wonderful piece is a yellow buttercup cress drainer, for me it conjures up images of little white crustless sandwiches, doilies and white lace gloves, the height of decadence from a bygone era :-)
