This chap, in York today, certainly does.

The city was unbelievably busy today with streets packed like a crowd leaving a football stadium. The situation was further complicated by an exhibition of ice sculptures (see extras), at intervals around the city centre, each attracting a crowd of selfie-snappers and other photographers, like this man.
