Top class sunrise this morning.

As a public servant, there isn't much in the way of Christmas treats, gifts etc, but there are two bonuses.  The first is 4 hours of paid time to have a staff lunch, the second is the children's party. Pizza, santa, presents, games, crackers, the lot.  A great time was had.  

Also:  nice photography exhibition in the Portrait Gallery.  Definitely my favourite

You can hardly see the famous TV aerial in the foreground of this one.  The crane was just being completed, too.
