Wild lights
Had to be careful on the roads to the airport but once on the main road it was nt too bad. Our flight had a slight delay as they had to de-ice the wings. Not that many on the flight and there were great views of a snow covered Inverness, beautiful.
Once we were in Luton we picked up the car, sat in traffic and found a pub called ‘The Travellers Rest ‘ where we had dinner.
Then it was up to a chilly Whipsnade for the Wild Lights event. Fantastic lights of all kinds over 1 Km . It was well attended but not over crowded. We sipped a drink of Hot spiced apple listening to the choir singing Christmas songs with little children dancing along.
We followed the Harry Potter bus back to the hotel, a clue to tomorrow’s visit :)
