Stalactite or Stalgmite?

-7 overnight meant that there were lots of interesting icy effects in the hills today... like these icicles on the bank of a stream.  Interesting the way they get fatter towards the ends - the opposite of a normal stalactite or icicle.  The sun was very low and off to the right, which lit up the ice rather conveniently.
