Strathclyde Loch

I finally dragged myself out of the house after 3 pm this afternoon. It was worth it for the colours. A wee walk at Strathclyde Country Park in the bitter cold. Scarcely a waterbird to be seen. Parts of the loch were frozen over.
Today is day 3 of jet lag. Still not sleeping well, reduced appetite and energy and blood pressure has soared. Hope day 4 brings some improvement.
