A Romanian Orthodox Advent

This church is beautiful.I've watched it being built and since last inside, the metamorphosis is astonishing. Their fair sold food,  drinks , crafts etc Re food, all was vegetarian since in the orthodox faith believers abstain from meat and animal products until Advent is over.The young lady (one of the choir) explained to me how her costume is 130 years old, hand woven, made and kept in the family. Her voice is amazing .The Priest is explaining the focus of their communion. Note all the wood work . Hand carved in Romania and transported here. The beautiful lights have the word heilig ( holy ) in various languages . A fascinating day.
