in early for the concert

this robin was sitting on the front row inside Winchester Cathedral but was too early for the concert that was being rehearsed. Had a tour of the crypt which was full of interesting medieval sculptures plus a couple of modern ones as well. The extra photo is of whats thought to be St Swithuns and sat on the top of the cathedral for something like 300 years before being replaced by someone else who lasted only about 50 years! 
Spent the rest of the day going around the shops and Christmas market.
