i lifted my camera - hoping beyond hope...

he has alluded me many times over the weeks - becoming a blur in my field of vision... flying fast away from me - knowing i am stalking - attemtping to chase down his fleeting image... the brightest of blues - amazing color - what kind of bird he is exactly - i'm not certain at all... others more versed could help to identify - i simply know - there is beauty in those wings.. grace in their ability to carry him far and wide - and today, although it may not be the most perfect of pictures - i experienced a sense of joy in being able to stay with him - in the woods - it made for...
