The Old and The New

The two are dependent on each other, but sometimes we often neglect the old. The old gives us a reference, to measure improvement...or to wake us up and let us know we can't improve something perfect. The old gives us a sense of value and wisdom. The old gives us nostalgia after the new becomes a fleeting dull fad.
