Are we there yet?

Recently got a new push bike after 20 odd years of not riding. This was my 2nd ride in a week and seeing that it was a nice day on Saturday I thought that I would head out for a while. Kinda was like being a kid again, going out of the house and then ride everywhere and anywhere with no set destination. Found the canal path near the house and just rode along it and then saw the sign for Bowling, so though why not? Felt sore after I got home though.....looking forward to heading out again this weekend.
