ANU College Barry Drive Campus opening
Not a bird photo.
Today the campus was officially 'opened'. I missed it. I was between buildings at the time (the new campus has some IT connectivity challenges which haven't been resolved yet). Cupcakes were served and about two minutes before I arrived, the cupcakes were transported to the Daley Avenue campus. Clearly I was not meant to eat a cupcake today. I will have to wait for Graduation cupcakes now. :)
I may have missed out on cupcakes, but we had this rather spectacular balloons.
One of the teachers was away today after poking his eye with a sharp stick (thankfully it seems no major damage ensued), so I had a combined class for 2 hours. I realise now that 18 is definitely enough and 36 way too many students in a class. I survived. I'm not sure about the kids!
