Christmas Bears

Late tonight as I went for a WOG with Mark, just over 12km tonight in 1.5 hours and some silly bugger started running at 5.5min  pace. As we are both only a little Competitive well maybe moderate, but to tell the truth we too have brains that have not forgotten about racing,it's just someone forgot to tell our bodies about the extra weight we are carrying especially our legs. We are doing well and tonight with our walk we got right down into the mid 8 min K pace. It's not easy but is getting easier to do and looking forward to increasing our running distance which now ranges between 4 and 6 Km. Marie has put the Christmas Bears out and put batteries in these two but only one is making music now.
