The last of the tablet

This is the last of the tablet that was given to Mrs42' as a present by one of the kids in her class for Christmas. We've been eeking it out, but tonight was our turn to host the "Tuesday Night Dinner Club" (it used to be on a Wednesday, just to confuse matters) and the last of it was polished off.

Fine stuff it was too.

Although, like all good Scottish recipes, it is entirely bad for you. Basically sugar and butter. Oh and some condensed milk (ie; sugar) and a splash of milk.

If you're interested in making some of your own, here's a recipe. But it tastes much nicer if someone else makes it and gives it to you :-)

Felt a bit like a defining moment for the world day today - I caught some of the inauguration on TV at work. Boy has he got some level of expectation. Good luck Mr Obama.
