Give peace a chance.

After the gym, I walked to town. I only needed a few things, and then walked back to the recreation centre, where J met me. I took a few photos, but nothing that was any good. After lunch, I did some washing, and as I still didn't have a blip, decided to  take  my Peace sign, which I do every year. We had a phone call this afternoon, to inform J that his  step brother, had passed away. We knew he was very ill. so it wasn't a complete surprise, but it's still upsetting. He lived in North Yorkshire, so we haven't seen him for a while.
