proper humbug

There seems to be no end in the media obsession in forecasting of weather yet to come and suggestions to not venture out unless essential.

This resulted in almost similar obsessive weather watching and commentary from within my office and frequent enquiries about whether we would close early.

The enjoyment I'd experienced crunching through the fresh snow yesterday was forgotten..

It appears that there is no longer any desire for a common sense approach or that the show should go on.

Not feeling it this evening!
