Back to the north

Not long after breakfast to play with the little ones before setting off via solicitors (this house selling and buying lark is ridiculously drawn out!) and very slippy wet pavements to the train station.
Straight forward but tedious journey north, soon leaving the snow behind, then board meeting before home to get myself organised for both the last couple of weeks of work as well as Christmas
