WATERPOLO
Won a game of tennis which is the first for a few weeks then on the winning team at waterpolo tonight. Although play was stopped after someone lost their wedding ring in the deep end....so we practised our surface dives to retrieve it!!!
RECOVERY PATH....day 43/60....early morning swim.
