Snowy Sunday

Woke up to this today. After a failed attempt to get to the horses in the car, Mike had to set off to see them to put hay out on his bike. I took the kids sledging up Billa Barra with the Aspberys and the Barretts. Good fun but cold. Loads of people up there.

After lunch Eva had a party for her friend Lola in the village hall. It was quite quiet due to the snow as lots of people couldn't get there. The kids won golden tickets from party games which they could exchange for sweets and candy floss. Eva sat with her friend Edith next to the bouncy castle eating handfuls of candy floss!!

After Lola's party we had a Christmas party with my baby group mums and their families. It was such a good laugh and been such a long time since we were all together. We had an indoor snowball fight with cotton wool snowballs. It says so much fun! Home late and very tired. Roads not too bad on way home even though still snowing lightly.
