Eventually got back in front of the computer after a mammoth weekend back in Newcastle. Earlier we went to out local 'The Regent' and I said I wanted a pint of 'Bitter and Twisted', Jen looked a the ale menu and said "Sure you don't want the Old Rosie" (7.3%). "No" I said. Barman comes over and Jen says "Pint of Old Rosie please" and I think "That's adventurous". Then she tries to order Stella for herself. "I'm not having Old Rosie" I said and so she ended up with the cloudy traditional overstrength scrumpy, which it turns out she liked anyway so all was not lost.
