Trusting the Big Blue Yonder

It's been a while since I got my new phone. I'm finally getting around to shipping my old phone to a reselling company in exchange for a good chunk of change. I've been hesitant about sending my phone to this company. I did some research and it seemed reputable enough. I'm hoping all things work out. Fingers crossed. :/
