The Portland Outdoor Store. This place has a wonderful neon sign, the rider and bucking horse blinks on and off so I had to stand for a little bit to get the timing right. I was downtown this evening to meet a friend for dinner and I've been wanting to get a shot of this for a while, so a blip and dinner coincided very nicely!
