Finally!

Our first rain since mid June. It's coming in the form of a thunderstorm - had a little lightning and thunder last night and this morning. There's also a flash flood warning up in the mountains above San Jose.

We need the rain!

The brown brick building left of center is a historical San Jose building. One of the first banks in Northern California. It's a general office building now. The building is so old that it can only support window air conditioners versus unified forced air - no infrastructure to support air ducts between floors.
