Late Rose

A lovely day today. Morning spent doing housekeeping type stuff then I had lunch with a friend who used to work with me and her lovely blued eyed boy. Had to race away from lunch to do school pick and thought I would treat the kids to a run around at the soft play. Was so surprised to see so many roses still in flower at the front of the soft play. Home for tea and then bed.

Missed the postman so will have to brave the queues tomorrow atthe Post office to pick up a parcel. This could be a staple of the coming days as Ws birthday appears on the horizon.
