Snowy Skating

After a hearty cooked breakfast at our hotel, we popped in on Grandson Jack before heading west towards Wales. The road were pretty clear until just after Reading when the high ground displayed its white hills.

We stopped off at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, to have a look around the shopping centre for some Christmas shopping. Outside the shopping maul was an ice-rink. Just as I got there, they were all at the starting gate and unleashed to skate around. I've used an ND (neutral density) filter to get the feeling of movement with some post processing for a wintery feel.

On crossing the Severn Bridge the hills were alive with the sight of white and it'll take some persuading not to get a 'white' photo tomorrow.
