Frosty morning and a ..... ......

...... healthy supper !
Been in awful pain today , went to the pool but wasn't the right thing to do ---- increased the pain many fold! Struggled to the Post Office sent a couple of parcels off. I can't remember when I've been so late with sending cards and parcels. But it's all I can do to get around .
Thankful ..... to sit down with a hot water bottle Paracetamol and a cuppa.
