Lower Woman's Way Pond

Late afternoon on the Sheffield Park estate, the Lower Woman's Way Pond has a thin layer of ice all over it. Apparently in the 1890's the adjoining lake (Upper Woman's Way) froze so hard that the Earl of Sheffield organized a cricket match to be played on the ice.
