Festive day

We went out early today so we could get to the festival of Christmas for a little bit. She had some breakfast, found a stall giving away candy canes and had a yummy baby ccino. All by 8.45! I took her into the city for music and was sad to have to leave her- she was playing in the last concert of the year but I had to go back to work. She did fabulously, reading the feedback. She'd taken her Christmas cards and ate her weight in chocolate from friends & teachers!

After music school, I took her to rehearsal for the children's band performance next week. We then headed home. She struggled to settle to sleep so I let her join me making Christmas biscuits!
