End of the road

Over the last few days this has been a familiar sight. It marks a slight incline on a bend and we have watched quite a few cars gracefully slide back to the bottom of the slope over a couple of hours before the road was blocked off.

The rain came last night and all that is left of the snow is blobs where snowman used to be!. It is a balmy 6°C today.

I have just had my first mince pie with a coffee hmmmm...
