Coffee Beans by the kilo

We love our coffee, as everyone who knows us is well aware, and these are the beans we use in our wonderful machine, the machine that cost a fortune when Gordon bought it home from Manchester many years ago and, which has been used every day ever since. We buy beans from John Watt, Coffee Roasters and Tea Blenders, in Carlisle. Everyone local knows about them, as the smell of coffee roasting outside the shop is unmissable. Gordon buys the beans in bulk - several kilos at a time. Then I decant them into smaller bags. On a daily basis we keep them in a tin that I bought in a French supermarket several years ago, cost very little and is perfect in every way.
