sweet treat after another frustrating day

so there was the national IT problem ....
then later in the day they discovered a local problem 
after the power cut yesterday one switch on our floor had been left in the off position
so that's 100 staff around 12 hours of lost time....a lot of money!!

and the snow's started again ... yippee!!!
