Confucius is the key

Off shapto Glasgow for 2 partnership meetings. The Children’s Hearings Improvement Partnership (CHIP) and the Youth Justice Improvement Board (YJIB).

An opportunity to review progress, learn of new research and reports, and consider next steps. Lots of positive discussion and lots of synergy across the 2 groups.

The meeting was held in Strathclyde University in the Confucius Room. Many Chinese symbols, masks (which nearly made the blip) and other signs. But then I saw the key to the room. The most exuberant key ring I’ve seen.

Back to Edinburgh steaming gently on a warm train as I got truly soaked heading to the station. A combination of hail, sleet and rain, plus flooding roads all contributed.
