Magpie's Court

I saw a Magpie's Court today. It was not nice. Six birds ganged up on another and viciously attacked it. At one stage it was flat on its back on the ground, being divebombed and pecked. I went to intervene, but then it rallied and flew off. The others chased. I did not see them again. I hope it escaped. It's what Darwin referred to as "the war of nature". He wasn't kidding.
