Other Christmas Perspectives

In keeping with what I started on Sunday, here’s another Christmas perspective. We live in Calabash, NC but only 5 minutes from Little River, SC a traditional and somewhat historic former fishing village whose economy is closely tied to fishing and tourism. None of their decorations include Santa, a star and other popular figures on utility poles. As you can see in the collage, a lighthouse, mermaid, a crab (Little River takes pride in hosting the annual Blue Crab Festival each May), and a boat are featured.
