Autumn

Kerr is learning all about autumn at nursery just now.

He collected these leaves (and lots more!) outside his friend C's house yesterday. This afternoon we planned to go for a nice walk and visit the swing park. However, just as we put our jackets on to go out, the heavens opened. Typical.

So instead we stayed home and spent the afternoon making autumn sticky pictures with yesterday's leaves. We also spent about 2 hours playing with Lego and Duplo, then Kerr helped me make spaghetti bolognese for the dinner. He chopped three mushrooms.

It's nearly ready so I better get my little helper to set the table.
