Djarragun Mountain (Walsh's Pyramid)
© 2017 Jocelyn Kahawai Leica Q
Djarragun Mountain (named after the Aboriginal name for a native brush turkey nest) is the highest freestanding natural pyramid in the world. It is quite a landmark just to the south of Cairns and if you are returning from a trip away (as I was) is a sure sign that you are nearly there. (Taken from train window)
