Some major work from the look of the scaffolding..

I remember when that was just a scruffy old one time cemetery right underneath my office window. Then they had a hut and a few tables out there but in recent years it's had a reasonable sized building with proper kitchens and an indoor seating area. All the outside tables had large umbrellas and patio heaters so used to open late throughout the spring, summer and autumn. All with wonderful views over the harbour (as had my office).

I wonder how it will be next year?
