A visit to the hygienist followed by a trip to the supermarket as the cupboard was bare.  It must be pension day because I kept getting stuck behind all the old folk, sooo frustrating.

This afternoon I've walked down to the postbox and been looking for a blip opportunity, which turned out to be a chunk of ice, perfect for Abstract Thursday
