Snowdrops, Well Almost!

Well, my love of Snowdrops had to be my picture today when I saw these in one of the back borders. They are next to a wall and are usually one of the first clumps to push through the ground. I have not looked in the front border as they are also a contender for being first.
 
A cold, damp and sometimes wet day, so working at my desk was not a hardship. I have just about finished marking so after a few adjustments to the last two I can get on with the Christmas preparations.

As the rain poured down yesterday and the snow melted, the result was that we have our natural pond back for the first time in over a year.
